Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager Location Hybrid remote in Denver, CO :

Position Purpose

Vivent Health seeks a dynamic Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager. A strategic and creative thinker, this position will play a primary role in developing and implementing digital strategies as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team. This position reports to the Vice President of Strategic Communications.

Essential Functions

  • Plans and executes a social media and digital communications strategy that strengthens Vivent Health's brand and builds engagement with target audiences.
  • Writes, designs, and publishes compelling content for all digital channels, including social media, agency website, and e-newsletters.
  • Designs graphics and create video for social media channels and digital platforms.
  • Proactively seeks out patient stories, successes, program features, staff profiles, etc., to share across platforms.
  • Utilizes storytelling on social channels to engage, motivate, and inspire target audiences.
  • Actively manages Vivent Health's social media presence, including monitoring for community engagement/conversation opportunities and responding appropriately to comments and messages.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on social media metrics to determine campaign performance and effectiveness, as well as to support recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Actively manages Vivent Health's website.
  • Leads interaction with internal customers on social media and digital marketing projects and recommends and executes solutions to match the challenge or opportunity.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a marketing or communications role with an emphasis on social media and digital marketing with proven experience as a leader of people, processes and projects.
  • Experience developing organic and paid social media strategies and content.
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to develop compelling and audience/tone-appropriate content.
  • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data from digital channels, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Organized with the ability to meet short deadlines and execute on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of information, spelling, and grammar.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, social media reporting systems, web content management systems and SEO.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish language (bilingual) is a plus.
