Sales Bizlab  We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch their careers in event management and coordination. As the Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events ranging from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. You will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure smooth logistics and exceptional attendee experiences.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Wilmington, NC 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and logistics of various events
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery
• Help manage event budgets and monitor expenses
• Assist with on-site setup and breakdown of events
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
• Help create marketing materials and promotional content for events
• Gather and analyze feedback from participants to improve future events

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A passion for event planning and a willingness to learn
• Prior experience in customer service or event coordination is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events
