  • Continuously test, optimize, and enhance website designs for improved user experience, responsiveness, and overall performance.
  • Identify design challenges and propose effective, user-centered solutions.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and clients to understand project requirements, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment throughout the design process.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements through thorough testing with team members and clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, including creative sessions, design reviews, demonstrations, and training.
  • Integrate third-party applications (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) based on client needs and project scope.
  • Edit and enhance existing web properties to align with evolving client needs.

  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and consistently meeting project deadlines.
  • Develop visually compelling web designs that align with project goals, brand identity, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to gather requirements and refine designs based on feedback.

Professional Competencies:

  • A strong passion for web design and its application within marketing.
  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems, with good judgment in proposing effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage both solo projects and collaborative efforts, understanding when to hit home runs or settle for a solid contribution.
  • A clear understanding of UX/UI principles and how they drive user engagement.
  • A desire to stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, technical environment.

  • Strong design abilities with a keen eye for adhering to client branding guidelines.
  • Understanding of UI and UX principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
