Senior Social Media Specialist
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid, onsite 2x per week in N. Austin
Duration: 3 month, contract to hire
Position Overview Our client in the mortgage and real estate space is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to join their team on a contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages our audience, and drives traffic to our website. This role demands a strong understanding of social media analytics and content creation to effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build community and foster relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management and strategy development.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Proficient in content creation and SEO best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
