Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ServiceNow Administrator to join our team! If you are passionate about technology and eager to grow your skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform to enhance service delivery and optimize IT processes.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Asset Management solutions.
- Develop and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.


Qualifications:

- Must be ServiceNow Certified, with a preference for those holding a CIS for ITSM certification.
- A minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience with configuring the ServiceNow platform.
- A strong desire to learn new skills and the ambition to grow into a team lead role.
