Position Description and Job Skill Set

Provide support to Revenue Cycle and Epic teams through the following:

• - review current PB, Cadence, Ambulatory and Beaker Epic build for revenue cycle optimation.
• - assist Revenue Cycle Director with improving work queue functionality
• - assist Revenue Cycle Director with creating reporting and dashboards in Epic
• - assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with tickets placed with Epic Community Connect host site
• - assist Revenue Cycle Director with Epic and clearinghouse functionality improvement
• - assist Revenue Cycle Director and Epic Director with creating end user training

Required Skills/Experience

• - Epic PB certification(s)
• - RHIA/RHIT/CPC certified
• - revenue cycle reporting, build, logic, claims adjudication, data, and training
• - clearinghouse

Preferred

Public health, community health, physician clinic, FQHC, RHC revenue cycle experience
Mississippi healthcare experience
