Title: Account Manager

Ohm Systems, Inc., an IT staffing company based out of Horsham, PA, is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow our staffing business. This person will be responsible for retaining and expanding Ohm Systems' relationships with our existing staffing clients. This is a mid-level position that requires recruiting experience. Training will be provided as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide account management and service delivery support to all private/public clients.
• Establish relationships with Hiring Managers, Managed Service Providers, and Project Managers.
• Ability to comprehend IT job roles/ IT technical environments.
• Ability to manage multiple job orders, submissions, interviews.
• Building a rapport with clients and receiving work orders from the clients.
• Ability to work with an offshore recruiting team.

Qualifications:

• Must have recent experience with IT/Non-IT staffing and recruiting clients.
• Must have recent experience with job portals, applicant tracking applications.
• Good understanding of technology positions/job roles, skill sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
