Plow Drivers Wanted

Carmel Landscapes  is seeking full-time  Plow Drivers to join our team in Middlefield, Ohio! Carmel Landscapes is an established landscaping company in the Geauga County snowbelt with year-round work seeking driven and motivated individuals with plow experience to operate medium duty trucks. This employment can also lead individuals to immediate

full-time work if qualifications are met for warm weather careers.

Benefits:

• Pay: Up to $28/hour w2 drivers and shovelers. $85-$100 sub operators

Our Plow Drivers will:

• Clear snow from customer sites and pile in designated areas under company guidelines
• Operate vehicles and snowplow equipment in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner following all operating procedures.
• Control ice accumulations with the safe and responsible use of de-icing agents
• Hand-shovel or hand-treat site areas, walkways, and doorways as according to work orders
• Be able to deploy reasonably with little notice.
• Odd shop jobs and routine maintenance will be performed by drivers during down time to meet their full time requirements. 

Qualifications

• Individuals must show aptitude for snow removal in inclement climates.
• Must have a valid clean driving record.
• Show great written and oral communication
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced dynamic environment using company policy as guidelines.
