Position Overview:
We're looking for a highly engaged and proactive individual to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to interact with employees at all levels of the organization, across multiple departments and shifts. You will play a vital role in managing the employee experience from hiring to retirement, while ensuring compliance with both company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on various HR matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Administer employee leave programs and manage time and attendance systems.
Foster a positive team member experience by providing excellent customer service and resolving employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Certifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
High School diploma or GED required.
Certification or training in areas such as Office Administration, HR, SHRM, Employee Relations, Ceridian Dayforce, ADA, FMLA, or other relevant fields is preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong administrative experience in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce or similar HRIS systems.
Experience in managing employee leave processes and related documentation.
Ability to interpret and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 35.00 Per Hour
