Position Summary
We're looking for a Remote Healthcare Recruiter to help place healthcare professionals on travel assignments at healthcare facilities across the country. If you have a passion for healthcare and enjoy connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities, this is the role for you! We have openings within both our Allied Health and Travel Nursing divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Engage with healthcare professionals and organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Candidate Attraction & Retention: Develop strategies to attract and retain top-tier healthcare professionals for travel assignments.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple assignments and projects with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Goals & Expectations
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll be expected to have 12 healthcare professionals placed on assignment within your first year and 20 by the second year.

Work Environment
This is a remote position, and we require:
A stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in video meetings and other work-related activities. A backup location is also required.
A distraction-free work environment that allows for focused, professional interactions.
A quiet to moderate noise level in your workspace.
A designated workspace with a comfortable chair, desk or worktable, and good lighting.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and on a computer.
Frequent use of phone and video calls for communication.
Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
Occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds.
