Position Overview

Are you passionate about healthcare and skilled at building relationships? We are seeking a Remote Healthcare Recruiter to help connect talented healthcare professionals with exciting travel assignments across the nation. This role offers the opportunity to work within both our Allied Health and Travel Nursing divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Approach: Engage with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals and match them with the right assignments.
Candidate Attraction & Retention: Use your expertise to attract top talent, and build lasting relationships that encourage long-term success and job satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to ensure the best outcomes for all.
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and assignments efficiently, staying on top of deadlines and priorities.
Performance Goals:

Achieve placement of 12 healthcare professionals within the first year and 20 within the second year.

Work Environment:

As a remote team member, you will need:

A stable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video meetings and other work activities (alternative backup location preferred).
A quiet and distraction-free environment conducive to professional work.
A designated workspace with comfortable seating, adequate lighting, and the ability to focus on tasks.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, working on a computer and engaging in phone/video calls.
Regularly using close and distance vision for screen reading and other tasks.
Occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds) or reaching with arms for documents or office supplies.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 55,000.00 Per Year
