Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing and optimizing marketing assets across web and email. Skilled in using frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular to build interactive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance engagement.
Expertise in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, and PHP for building and maintaining APIs that support marketing platforms. Familiar with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) to handle data related to audience segmentation and campaign performance.
Extensive experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Marketo) and marketing automation platforms. Skilled in creating responsive, personalized email templates that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, HubSpot CMS) for managing and optimizing marketing content. Able to customize CMS functionality to support marketing goals and ensure seamless integration with other digital channels.
Proficient in using personalization and testing platforms like Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, and Google Optimize. Skilled in running A/B and multivariate tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies for engagement and conversion.
Strong expertise in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager) for monitoring web and email performance. Experienced in setting up and analyzing tracking codes to generate insights into campaign effectiveness and audience behavior.
Familiarity with libraries and frameworks such as jQuery, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS to build and maintain consistent, branded components that support marketing efforts across digital channels.
Skilled in version control tools like Git, with experience in collaborative development environments that support marketing campaign timelines and ensure consistency across assets.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations with CRM and marketing platforms. Experienced in connecting tools to facilitate data sharing, automate workflows, and enhance marketing capabilities.
Skilled in using debugging tools to troubleshoot web and email issues across devices and platforms, ensuring consistent brand experiences and campaign integrity.
Knowledge of web security best practices as they relate to marketing data protection, particularly around user data and privacy. Familiar with secure coding practices to safeguard customer information.

Experience with CDNs like Akamai and Cloudflare to ensure fast and reliable content delivery for marketing assets. Skilled in caching strategies to enhance user experience and support high-traffic marketing campaigns.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to create and manage digital assets for marketing campaigns. Able to edit graphics and prepare visuals that enhance brand messaging and campaign effectiveness.
