Join Our Team as a Entry-Level Events Assistant at Think Tell Junction Think Tell is looking for an energetic and organized Entry-Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events. This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the success of various events. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in event planning and coordination. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and company gatherings.
• Support event logistics, including venue setup, equipment arrangements, and material preparation.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event participants to ensure smooth operations.
• Help manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Coordinate event schedules and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Provide on-site support during events, handling registration, troubleshooting, and guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Enthusiasm for events and strong problem-solving skills.
