This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their career in event management. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including meetings, conferences, and community initiatives.
• Manage event logistics, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and transportation.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and event participants to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor event budgets and provide administrative support to the Events Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials, equipment, and supplies for events.
• Handle on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown as required.
• Address event-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed during events.
