Location: Saint Louis, Missouri (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $48,970 - $57,860 per year We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our event management team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of a variety of events. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
• Help manage event logistics, including venue selection and transportation arrangements
• Support the team in communicating with vendors and suppliers
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote events
• Gather and analyze data related to event attendance and outcomes
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• A passion for event planning and a desire to learn
