Job Overview:

Haus Acquisitions is looking for an energetic and organized Entry-Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events. In this role, you will assist the events team with logistics, coordination, and on-site support to ensure each event is a success. Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary Range: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, including organizing materials, scheduling, and logistics.

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event details are arranged.

• Help with setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.

• Act as a point of contact during events to assist attendees and address any issues.

• Support event registration, check-ins, and attendee communication.

• Maintain accurate records of event details, expenses, and feedback for future reference.

• Assist with post-event evaluations to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Planning, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and assist with event setup and teardown.
