We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring that each one runs smoothly and achieves its objectives.

Salary range:

$1250 - $1800 /week

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of events, including corporate functions, community outreach, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with the events team to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to confirm bookings, contracts, and services.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any challenges.
• Prepare post-event reports, including attendee feedback and key takeaways, to assess the success of events.
• Maintain and organize event materials, including inventory and promotional items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of event planning principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management tools is a bonus.
