In this role, you will support the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, weddings, and community functions. Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Coordination: Research, contact, and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, venues, and other service providers.
• On-Site Event Support: Ensure smooth execution of events by managing logistics, setup, and on-site problem-solving.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update event management tools, and support reporting and invoicing.
• Marketing Support: Assist with promotional efforts, such as creating invitations, social media posts, or event programs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to brainstorm creative ideas and ensure event success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management tools (preferred).
