Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Logistical Support: Provide logistical support by coordinating event details such as venue setup, materials preparation, and vendor communication.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event requirements are met.
• On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that guests have a positive experience and handling any issues that arise.
• Event Promotion: Help with the promotion of events, including social media campaigns, advertising, and reaching out to potential attendees.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside event coordinators and other team members to ensure the successful execution of events.
• Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering feedback from clients and attendees to improve future event planning and strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple aspects of events efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the event is executed flawlessly.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving issues quickly and effectively on the day of the event.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.
• Interest in Events: A genuine passion for event planning and the desire to grow in the industry.
• Experience: Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
