Job Description:

The role involves conducting advanced manufacturing training sessions and collaborating with EICC team members to develop customized training programs tailored to industry needs. The position also includes designing open enrollment programs, maintaining and updating curriculum, and evaluating student performance. Additionally, the role oversees the testing and evaluation partnership with ASTRO America and manages the Commercial Innovation Center's operations. The position also involves co-designing and implementing the Non-Destructive Evaluation ( NDE ) program with the Advanced Manufacturing Program Manager. This position will complete an average of 10 hours per week at ASTRO America to provide supervision of the machine shop. Commitment to providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers is essential.

Required Qualification:

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree – NOTE : A combination of education and experience will be considered

  • 10 or more years' experience working in additive manufacturing processes and technology within a manufacturing facility

  • 10 or more years' experience working with design software (e.g. Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.)

  • 10 or more years' experience working with equipment such as CNC mill, CNC lathe, and other routine shop equipment

  • 5 or more years of training experience

  • 5 or more years' experience working in a research and development setting

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Must possess exceptional communication and organization skills

  • Demonstrated innovation and project management
  • Valid driver's license required
