At Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc., we provide community and home-based services to empower adults with physical disabilities, brain injuries, and mental health challenges. We're looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals, where you can truly transform lives every day!

Key Responsibilities:
*Empower Independence: Support individuals in everyday activities at home and in the community, helping them build skills and confidence.
*Facilitate Essential Activities: Assist with grocery shopping, doctor's appointments, and other outings, providing transportation and companionship.
*Personalized Goal Achievement: Collaborate with individuals to implement support strategies that align with their interests and personal goals, including physical activities and community engagement.
*Navigate Systems Together: Aid individuals in completing housing applications and accessing government assistance programs.
*Support Financial Management: Help with monthly budgeting and effective household management for daily necessities.
*Document Progress: Complete and submit accurate daily progress notes to track each individual's growth and development.

What We're Looking For:
*Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant community-based experience.
*Driver's License: A valid driver's license and active car insurance are required, with a willingness to drive individuals in your personal vehicle.
*Vehicle Requirement: Must have access to a personal vehicle for work-related duties.
*Availability: Must be available to work at least 4 hours per day between 8 AM and 5 PM, with flexible hours/days.
*Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
