Role: Data Scientist (Kore.AI, NLP, AWS)

Loction: onsite: Malvern, PA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, particularly Kore.AI, to support the development of omni-channel and agent-facing capabilities. The role requires proficiency in creating data pipelines, analyzing conversational intents, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop NLP models for intent identification, disambiguation, and conversational design.
• Work on Kore.AI platform to design and implement conversational AI solutions for both customer and agent-facing applications.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to create and manage data artifacts for agentic implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational AI solutions into existing architectures.
• Leverage AWS services like SageMaker, Glue, and Lambda for model deployment and data processing.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model tuning for performance optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in conversational AI and NLP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in NLP, machine learning, and conversational AI development.
• Hands-on experience with Kore.AI or similar platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework).
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (e.g., SpaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK).
• Experience with AWS tools like SageMaker, Glue, Lambda, and S3.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
