Job Title : CMS (Content Management System) Architect/Developer

Location : Remote (Preference for EST or CST time zones)
Contract Type : 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
Compensation : Targeting $60/hour based on experience (W-2 preferred, 1099 options available)

Job Overview :

CruiTek is seeking an experienced CMS Architect/Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract role with potential for extension. This position focuses on architecting , designing , and developing CMS solutions . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET 7/8 , Angular 17+ , and React , as well as expertise in Azure Cloud . A background in lead development or architecture is essential, alongside strong documentation and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and design CMS development solutions in collaboration with the team.
  • Implement solutions using Azure Cloud , .NET/C# 7 or 8 , Angular , and Entity Framework .
  • Produce and maintain system architecture diagrams and data models .
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimization to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, balancing hands-on coding with architectural design .
  • Ensure strong communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in an architect or lead developer role .
  • Extensive experience with .NET 7/8 , Angular 17+ , and React .
  • Strong understanding of Onion architecture and Agile methodologies .
  • Azure Cloud experience required.
  • Experience with PrimeNG and Duende/BFF for security (highly desired).
  • Proven ability to document and communicate architectural decisions to cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with government or enterprise-level projects is a plus.

Additional Information :

  • This role is fully remote but preference will be given to candidates in EST or CST time zones due to team alignment and virtual meeting schedules (8 AM – 5 PM).
  • W-2 employment is preferred , but 1099 arrangements are also acceptable .
  • The target pay rate is $60/hour , based on experience and contract type.
  • There is potential for the role to extend beyond 6 months depending on performance and future project needs.
