If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, you can get a refund within 15 days of making a purchase.
Free tests are available so that you can check mock test features before purchase.
Monthly and Weekly passes are not eligible for a refund.
If you use more than 10 paid tests of any test pack, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Please allow 8-10 days for your refund to be processed.
Gateway charges of 3% will be deducted by payment gateway companies.
